About

Background

Based in New York City and originally from Australia, I am a growth-focused executive who builds high-performing marketing and revenue functions that scale profitably. As Chief Growth Officer at Morning Consult, an AI-native market research company valued at $1.01 billion with annual revenue exceeding $100 million, I lead an integrated mandate spanning marketing, communications, growth, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Before Morning Consult, I spent more than four years at Yelp, where I developed much of my core marketing and growth expertise. As Head of Marketing for Yelp's Data and AI products, one of the company's highest-growth businesses, I owned go-to-market strategy and launched a product-led growth motion that opened a new revenue stream. Earlier, as Head of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, I built the demand engine across Yelp's midmarket and enterprise ad business. Most recently, I served as interim VP of Marketing for Hatch, the AI SaaS company Yelp acquired for $270 million, leading the function through its post-acquisition integration.

Earlier in my career, I led global growth strategy across owned and lifecycle channels for Think with Google, Google's flagship marketing publication, and scaled growth and demand generation at venture-backed B2B software companies from Series A through Series C, including Labelbox, an AI data-infrastructure company where I was the second marketer. I began in Melbourne, where I co-founded a multi-million-dollar digital agency before moving into technology marketing.

My academic foundation pairs an MBA with a Master's in intellectual property law, underpinning an enduring interest in law and policy, particularly trademark and domain name law. I am also an admitted IP attorney in Australia. This blend of analytical, commercial, and legal thinking shapes how I lead, and I hold myself to the same fiduciary discipline in business that I would owe a client. Above all, I am energized by teams that experiment boldly and operate with integrity.
